Rev. Dr. James Choung is Vice President of Strategy & Innovation at InterVarsity Christian Fellowship USA, overseeing areas like evangelism, discipleship, leadership development, and multiethnic initiatives. An ordained Vineyard pastor, he has authored three books, including Longing for Revival, and teaches evangelism at Fuller Theological Seminary. His work has been featured in Christianity Today, Leadership Journal, Outreach Magazine, and Seminary Now. James holds a D.Min. from Fuller and an M.Div. from Gordon-Conwell, and studied at MIT. He has served in diverse church roles in Boston, Seoul, and Los Angeles, led worship at national conferences, and serves on several boards. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife and three kids, and enjoys travel, laughter, and trying his hand at tennis.
