DR. JAMES CHOUNG

Rev. Dr. James Choung is Vice President of Strategy & Innovation at InterVarsity Christian Fellowship USA, overseeing areas like evangelism, discipleship, leadership development, and multiethnic initiatives. An ordained Vineyard pastor, he has authored three books, including Longing for Revival, and teaches evangelism at Fuller Theological Seminar. His work has been featured in Christianity Today, Leadership Journal, Outreach Magazine, and Seminary Now. James holds a D.Min. from Fuller and an M.Div. from Gordon-Conwell, and studied at MIT. He has served in diverse church roles in Boston, Seoul, and Los Angeles, led worship at national conferences, and serves on several boards. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife and three kids, and enjoys travel, laughter, and trying his hand at tennis.
JAKE & Ana McNally

Jake and Ana McNally are full-time missionaries with a passion for raising up the next generation of Christian leaders. Serving with Living Hope International in Puebla, Mexico, they’ve led in ministry, discipleship, and worship. Former directors of the Bible Institute, they trained young men and women for ministry. Today, Jake focuses on development and fundraising, while Ana mentors young leaders and contributes through worship and songwriting. Committed to God's call, they rely on prayer and support to continue their mission.
Jon Hietbrink

Jon Hietbrink is a vice president at InterVarsity, where he helps to cultivate missional movements on campuses across the country. He's one of the founders of the EveryCampus coalition, earned his MA in missional church movements from WheatonCollege, and loves hiking in creation and traveling to new places. He is an author of Reviving Mission: Awakening to the Everyday Movement of God.
Eric Rafferty

Eric Rafferty is the Associate National Director of Chapter Planting at InterVarsity, where he coaches, trains, and creates resources for students and campus ministers to start new ministries on college campuses across the United States and around the world. He earned his MA in missional church movements from Wheaton College, and he serves as the director of groups ministry at his local church, One Hope Benson. He is an author of Reviving Mission: Awakening to the Everyday Movement of God.
Doug Schaupp

Doug Schaupp is the National Director of Evangelism for InterVarsity Christian Fellowship. He is passionate about the alignment of the Gospel and racial reconciliation. He is a co-author of 3 books, including Being White: Finding Our Place in a Multiethnic World. He graduated from Fuller Seminary. He was ordained and served in a National Baptist church (Calvary Baptist of Santa Monica). He and his wife also served for two years in a Korean American church as the English Speaking ministers. His wife is Korean American, and they have three children.
